Stephen was very attentive, kept us apprised of dates and decisions to be made, gave great recommendations, and made sure we were happy.  We are!  Most importantly the floors look great.  We had one issue with one of the bullnoses on the stairs, they came out to Glenwood that date and fixed it.  Not only did they do a great job with the relationship and floors, they also reframed a funky landing area with stairs and fixed some subfloor issues.  Great job all around
